UV LED Printing
Vibrant colors and full-color designs for your unique style.
Do you want your knife to be absolutely eye-catching? Do you want to decorate it with a personalized colorful design, a favorite photo, or a rainbow-colored inscription—or, conversely, preserve the exact colors of your company logo? Our state-of-the-art UV LED printing is exactly what you’re looking for. This modern technology opens up entirely new possibilities for full-color knife customization, whether you’re creating a single unique piece for yourself or sourcing hundreds of gifts for your company.
Benefits of Our UV LED Printing
Full-color graphics
Vibrant colors without any limitations
Unlike laser printing, which primarily works with shades of gray, UV printing allows for printing across the full color spectrum. We can print bold, colorful patterns and complex graphics with subtle color transitions, as well as perfectly match the colors of your corporate brand. There really are no limits to your imagination!
Instant Curing for Long-Lasting Durability
The special ink is cured immediately after application to the material using strong UV light. The result is a highly mechanically resistant surface that is extremely durable. Your colors won’t fade, and the print will easily withstand moisture and normal wear and tear from everyday use of the knife.
Extreme durability
Great versatility
From a single piece to large production runs
This technology is perfect for orders of any size. We’d be happy to print a single knife with your own colorful design as a memorable, personalized gift, but we can just as easily handle a large production run of hundreds of pieces.
Perfect for unique gifts and corporate merchandise
Thanks to its ability to print in full color, UV printing is ideal for personalized gifts that reflect the recipient’s hobbies, favorite colors, photos, or specific style.
On what types of knives does this method work best?
