Returns (Withdrawal from the Contract)
Sometimes, the product you choose doesn't quite fit right, or the gift simply doesn't live up to your expectations. That's okay. If you made a purchase from us as a consumer (i.e., not using a business registration number), you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Step-by-Step Guide to Returning Items
- Pack the items: Please pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging, to prevent damage during shipping.
- Include the necessary information: Please include the completed withdrawal form (available for download on our e-shop) in the package, or at least a piece of paper with your order number, name, and the bank account number where we will refund the money. This will significantly speed up the entire process.

(Important note: Please do not send us returned items cash on delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept such packages.)
When and how will you refund my money?
We will refund the money for the returned goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after you withdraw from the contract. However, we are entitled to wait until the package physically arrives at our facility, or until you provide proof that you have sent it back.
We will refund the purchase price as well as the shipping costs (in an amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping method we offer). The costs associated with returning the goods (i.e., shipping from you to us) are borne by the customer.
What to Watch Out for When Returning Items
- Wear and tear: You can inspect and try out the merchandise at home just as you would in a brick-and-mortar store. However, if you return the item to us damaged, worn, or partially used as a result of handling beyond what is considered normal inspection, we are entitled to deduct an amount from your refund to account for the reduction in its value.
- Custom-made items: Items that we have manufactured for you according to your specifications or customized to your personal needs (made-to-order) cannot be returned under the law.
