Shipping and Payment

We pride ourselves on making your shopping experience not only enjoyable, but also as convenient as possible. That's why we offer several reliable shipping options and secure payment methods. Choose the ones that work best for you.

Shipping Options

We carefully pack items we have in stock and typically ship them within 3 business days of order confirmation. We’ll notify you via email that your package is on its way, and the email will include a link to track your shipment.

When checking out, you can choose from the following shipping carriers:

• Zásilkovna – delivery to a pickup location of your choice, to a Z-BOX, or to your address.
• Balíkovna (formerly Česká pošta) – standard package delivery directly to you or to a Balíkovna pickup location of your choice.
• GLS – delivery by courier to your address.
• DPD – delivery by courier to your address.

The exact shipping cost is always automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on your selected carrier and the size of your order.

Shipping is free for orders over 1,300 CZK, including VAT.

Payment Options

You can pay for your orders using several secure methods. Simply select the one that’s most convenient for you in your shopping cart:

• Online credit card: The fastest and most popular method. After completing your order, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can pay immediately.
• Via ThePay: An alternative and fast online payment method that supports, among other things, expedited bank transfers from select banks.
• Bank transfer in advance: After you submit your order, we’ll email you the payment details. We’ll begin processing your order as soon as the funds arrive in our account.
• Cash on delivery (upon receipt): You’ll pay for the package in cash or by credit card directly to the courier or at the pickup location when you receive it.

Important notice for larger orders: If the value of your order exceeds 10,000 CZK including VAT (or 400 EUR), we reserve the right to require payment of part or all of the amount in advance to our account.
