Product Description
Socket Chisel RICHTER
The RICHTER socket chisel stands out for its traditional blade design, which prevents the handle from splitting by tightening it further with each strike of the mallet. It also allows for easy handle replacement, ensuring the tool’s lifelong durability. The connection between the handle and the shank is not glued; it is detachable, so handles can be easily changed. This makes it possible to use multiple chisels with a single handle. You can even replace it with a handle that you make yourself, tailored to your individual needs.
The RICHTER EXTRA brand represents our premium line of carpentry chisels, created to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the factory by Václav Richter. It represents the absolute pinnacle of our line of woodworking tools. A hand-polished handle made from domestic ash ensures perfect comfort. We provide a lifetime warranty on the uncompromising quality of the materials and workmanship.
Key features of the chisel:
- Extreme durability: The blade is forged from high-alloy Cr-V steel and heat-treated to a 58-60 HRc hardness.
- Thoughtful design: The socket construction ensures that the handle seats even more firmly in the collar with each mallet strike, completely eliminating the risk of wood splitting.
- Premium materials: The handle made of hard ash wood is hand-polished and designed for a perfect grip.
- Sustainability and long service life: Thanks to easily replaceable handles, this chisel is a lifetime investment.
