Mikov will be present at the 50th annual IWA trade show in Nuremberg

Every year, the IWA OutdoorClassics international trade fair is held at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. The exhibition was founded in 1973 under the name "IWA Internationale Waffen-Ausstellung" (International Arms Exhibition). Its founder was Dr. Gerhard Wirnsberger, who at the time was the head of the German Hunting and Shooting Association (Deutscher Jagdschutz-Verband e.V.).

From humble beginnings, the exhibition has gradually become one of the most important in the industry. While it originally focused primarily on hunting firearms and equipment, today visitors will also find sporting firearms, tactical gear, outdoor clothing, and, of course, knives. For Mikov, it is therefore an important platform on which to showcase its products, particularly to customers from Europe.

As is tradition, Mikov’s exhibit in Hall 5 at Booth 5-245 will feature its complete line of knives, with an emphasis on military, hunting, and EDC knives. And, of course, the classic “Rybička” knife will be among the products on display in all the variations currently offered by Mikov.

It is also a tradition at IWA to unveil new products. This year, it will be a knife that Mikov considers its top priority—a new version of the Rescue flip knife. This will be complemented by the Safari and Kostkahunting knives , various versions of the Predator spring-assisted knife , the Pocket designer knives , and the List, Elipt, and Patron EDC knives .

Mikov also manufactures a bayonet for the Bren 2 assault rifle under license from Colt CZ Group. Visitors to the booth will, of course, be able to see this as well.

This year’s IWA will take place from February 29 to March 3, 2024. And if you’re planning to visit Nuremberg—Mikov and its staff look forward to seeing you there.
