“I wanted the younger generation to discover Rybička—a symbol of Czech craftsmanship and adventure—so that for them it wouldn’t just be a souvenir from the past, but a stylish and functional accessory,” says Váchová.
The collection features leather bags that can be unfastened to form a fire pit mat, as well as fishing hats made of denim and leather with a pocket designed specifically for the Rybička.
At the event on November 4, visitors will not only see individual designs but also an audiovisual performance that blends fashion, music, and stories of the Czech countryside. Visitors can also look forward to a limited-edition series of accessories featuring original Mikov fish, created exclusively for this occasion.
“For me, Rybička has a personal charm—she’s been with me at summer camps and this year even in Slovenia. It was there that the idea was born to make her the main motif of the collection,” adds the designer.
The “Paper Roses” collection pays homage to Czech nature, craftsmanship, and the freedom symbolized by hiking—but this time in a new, playful, and sustainable form.
