Knives will complement the mechanical stapling and nailing exhibit at the FOR ARCH 2017 trade show

The Mikov and Conmetron booth at this year’s FOR ARCH 2017 International Construction Fair will showcase the best that both companies currently have to offer their customers —including top-of-the-line blades as well as tools for mechanical stapling and nailing.

At the booth, which fair visitors will find in Hall 5, new high-value-added hand staplers will make their debut. This new product from Conmetron will be complemented by the best of Mikova’s knife lineup, including the classic Predator folding knives, the Fixiry hunting knives, and the List, Patron, and Pocket knives from the new Progress series. And, of course, the traditional Rybička knife will also be on display.

The joint Mikov and Conmetron booth is another step toward the integration of the two companies. This process began in the spring of this year, when Conmetron—a company wholly owned by Czech capital—became the new owner of Mikov.

Mikov and Conmetron are based in Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland, and both companies are continuing and further developing the region’s centuries-old tradition of producing cutlery and small industrial goods. They are market leaders in their respective fields in the Czech Republic and export their products to dozens of countries on every continent.

The FOR ARCH 2017 trade fair will take place from September 19 to 23, 2017, at the PVA EXPO PRAHA exhibition center in Letňany.
