The contest runs from July 1, 2019, until midnight on September 30, 2019, according to the following instructions:
Send us a photo on the theme of
- "Interesting Destination and the Mikov Knife"
- the most beautiful collage featuring a Mikov knife
- interesting people and a Mikov knife
Prizes for the winners—a total of 6 prizes
- 1st place in the category – 3,000 CZK to spend in the online store and a 241-DD-1 knife
- 2nd place in the category – 1,500 CZK to spend in the online store and a 241-ND-1 knife
Each contest participant may submit a maximum of 3 photos.
Participants should submit their photos via messages on Facebook at www.facebook.com/mikovcz or by email to sales@mikov.cz
Contest photos submitted by midnight on September 30, 2019, will be published on Mikov’s Facebook page in the photo album “Mikov Knife on Vacation.”
Detailed Rules for the “Mikov Knife on Vacation” Contest
- The contest is organized by Mikov s.r.o., Mikulášovice 741, 407 79, hereinafter referred to as “Mikov.”
- The top two photos in each category will be selected by Mikov’s sales department by October 15, 2019.
- By submitting a photograph to the contest, the participant confirms that they have read and understood the contest rules, agree to them, and undertake to comply with these rules.
- Mikov reserves the right to disqualify entries containing unethical, vulgar, or pornographic content.
- Winners will be contacted via message after the contest ends. They must claim their prizes by November 15, 2019, at the latest.
- Mikov is not responsible for the loss or non-delivery of prizes to winners. No monetary compensation may be claimed in lieu of a prize.
- Enforcement of participation in the contest or of the prize through legal means is excluded.
- By submitting a photo to the contest, the participant grants Mikov a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the submitted photos without territorial restrictions, in all ways permitted by law, including, but not limited to, publication on the website, social media, and printing in press and promotional materials. Contest participants also agree that Mikov is authorized to use the names of the winners in materials published on its website.
- The contest participant is responsible for ensuring that submitting a photograph to the contest and its publication will not infringe upon the rights of third parties, in particular that it will not infringe upon the copyrights of third parties.
- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Facebook; the page facebook.com/mikovcz is used solely to promote this contest.
