There are less than two weeks left until Christmas. Since you may still be thinking about gifts for your loved ones, we’ve put together a few suggestions. And even though we make products that, at first glance, seem to be intended only for men, that’s far from the case.
Mikov isn’t just about knives—our group also includes Narex Bystřice, a manufacturer of hand tools. Their carpentry and woodcarving chisels from Central Bohemia are popular on every continent. For beginner woodcarvers, the START woodcarving chisel set in a pouch might be a great gift, while experienced professionals will appreciate the 4-piece PROFI woodcarving knife set. You’ll also find other great tools on the Narex e-shop that will delight both DIYers and professionals.
And what do we recommend from Mikov’s selection? First, two gift ideas for women. The Stovka folding knife with decorative Butterfly gemstones is a practical tool and an interesting accessory for any woman’s purse. And the decorated classic among our products— the MELIA Fish knife—is sure to bring joy as well. After all, every knife can be a bit like a piece of jewelry.
An excellent gift for men—especially those who have completed mandatory basic military service—is the Repetitor knife, produced as part of the War Veteran project. Its design is inspired by the bayonet that every soldier encountered during their military service. What’s more, by purchasing this knife, you’ll contribute 300 CZK to the Military Solidarity Fund, which supports the families of soldiers who died or became permanently disabled while serving their country. Thanks to this project, Mikov has already donated 300,000 CZK to the fund.
We also recommend the Elipt folding knife for everyday use as a Christmas gift. Its modern design, high-quality materials, and construction—which makes it fully usable by both left- and right-handed people—make it a truly attractive choice for this Christmas.
When you visit Mikov’s online store, you’ll also find a tab titled“Christmas Is Coming Again This Year.” As part of our annual promotion, we’re bringing you plenty of other Christmas tips and a selection of knives—and we’ll include a small gift with your order.
We wish you a wonderful pre-Christmas season.
