Mikov manufactures a complete range of cutlery products. As a result, our lineup includes not only exclusive knives—such as the Predatory series and military knives— but also knives designed for professionals in fields where sharp tools are indispensable. In addition to kitchen knives, these are primarilybutcher’sknives.
Butchers—whether working with meat is part of their daily routine or something they do only occasionally, such as during home pig slaughtering or when portioning meat for pickling, smoking, or grilling—can choose from two types of knives in our selection. The first type is the Luxury Knives, featuring a handle made of Brazilian rosewood and a blade made of 425 steel with a hardness of 53–56 HRc. The second type is the Classicline, featuring a plastic handle with excellent ergonomic grip. These knives are made of 1.41116 steel with a hardness of 55–56 HRc.
Customers can choose whether to purchase the butcher’s knives as a set or individually. If you need a set, the Lux version is availablein a wooden block, while the Classic version comes in two options in a practical carrying case. All sets, of course, include not only the knives but also a very important accessory for the job— a sharpening steel.
However, not everyone wants a complete set of knives, as they may only need certain specialized tools. Knives for boning, portioning, piercing, or skinning can therefore also be purchased individually.
It goes without saying that our products are certified for food contact in accordance with European Union standards. We also provide an extended 3-year warranty on our butcher’s knives.
