In 2010, the Mayor of Brno Radim Onderka presented Crown Prince Charles with a Predator knife with a damascus blade, showing him its functionality. He pressed the lever, the blade quickly opened, the Prince's security guards became alert, but the Prince remained stoic.https://www.mikov.cz/k2-nozirske-vyrobky-vyhazovaci-vystrelovaci-automaticke-noze-predator?lang=en

We consider it an honour that our knife, which is one of the best we supply on the market for its original design and quality of materials, is in the possession of the current British King Charles III.

The damascus steel of the knife blade is made by forge welding two types of steel. These give the blade an interesting texture, but more importantly combine two essential characteristics of any knife - high hardness and great toughness.

Predator knife

The blades of the King Charles III knife were made of deer antler, but this type of Predator knife is also cast with other natural materials, most often stabilized bone, buffalo horn, camel bone, but also meteorite or slices of a woolly mammoth tooth. The choice of material for the shank depends on the preference of the future owner.

The MIkov company continues the tradition of industrial knife production in Bohemian Switzerland, which dates back to 1794, but the knife-making craft itself is still hundreds of years older in the region. It supplies the market with a complete range of knives, and has been producing Predator knives since the late 1980s.

As well as being suitable presentable gifts for important people, Predators have starred in the Bond film Casino Royal, the action film Largo Winch and most recently in the Netflix movie LOU.
